Appointments:  Appointments may be made by phoning our office during regular hours.  Please describe the reason for your visit to the receptionist.  This helps to schedule the proper amount of time and prepare your medical record in advance.  While we make every effort to stay on schedule, emergencies do occur.  In these cases we ask for your understanding as we try and minimize any inconvenience.  If you are unable to keep your appointment please call us as early as possible.

Medications:  Prescriptions and refills should be requested at the time of the appointment or by phone during regular office hours.  It is important to bring your medicines or an updated list to each appointment.  When phoning requests for refills have the name and dosage of the medication available.  Routine or non-emergent refills will be phoned to the pharmacy of your choice by the next working day.  Narcotic prescriptions and refills will not be written or phoned in to pharmacies after hours or on weekends.
